Shin Osaka Station Hotel Annex

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and there were many restaurants nearby. The rooms were quite spacious and the free wifi was fast. The staff were helpful and check-in was fast.

The breakfast was not worth the price and there were not many options. The pillows were very hard and it was difficult to sleep comfortably.

The breakfast room looked kind of cozy. Also, I slept very well in this hotel.

The room was was actually in another building across the street. This was a surprise, but actually not a problem at all.

The location of this hotel is a huge plus. It's very close to the Shin, Osaka station, which makes traveling to other cities very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, making it easy to find something to eat or do. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any needs.

The rooms can be a bit small and dated, which can be a turn, off for some travelers who are looking for a more modern experience.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was also nice, it even had the Japanese high-tech toilet seat. The air conditioning was quite silent, but still very efficient. Breakfast was also included in the price, although not great.

The location is not great, even if close to the Shin-Osaka station. There is nothing to see in the area. You always need to take the subway to get to the nice places. For sightseeing, choose a hotel to the south, near Umeda or Nanba.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection, with options for both Japanese and Western cuisine. It was also conveniently located near a transportation hub, which made getting around the city easy. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The room at the hotel was very small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around. the noise from the street and other guests also made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We love the hotel. Even though the room is small, it has everything you need, ranging from hair dryer to trouser presser to free access to fast speed Internet. The breakfast buffet is good, too. The location of the hotel is excellent, and it is connected to Shin-Osaka Station where you can get anywhere via trains. We just love this hotel and its friendly staff.

Shin-Osaka station is not right at the center of Osaka, but it is very conveniently connected by train and subway.

This hotel is a hidden gem near Shin-Osaka station, just a quick walk away from the Shinkansen train station. The value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices for rooms that can comfortably accommodate three people. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the welcoming touch of flowers and paper cranes in the room to the friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast spread offered a choice between Japanese and Western cuisine, with unlimited quantities to satisfy all appetites.

All was perfectly fine, nothing to complain about.

Room is very tiny. Staff cannot speak english well (but you can communicate although it takes time...)

The location - very convenient if you use the JR line, easy to find, value for money, extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quietness. A lot of amenities offered free of charge.Bath salt, shower caps and combs, Iron, adapter provided on request.

The breakfast was the same everyday. You have the choice of either Japanese or western. Japanese was not for our palate. We stayed for 8 days. When we extended our stay by 2 days we booked without breakfast as we couldn't eat the same egg, cucumber and ham sandwiches, toast with eggs (I've never eaten so many eggs at breakfast within a week), canned fruit and yoghurt. So if you stay for more than a couple of days, better book without it. This was the only minus point of this wonderful place.

Close to Shinosaka station, helpful staff, clean and well-equipped room, excellent Wi-Fi speed, satisfying breakfast, near Shinkansen station.
